Customer Satisfaction Report

It is hard to imagine anything more important to a business than knowing what their customers want and then delivering it. As Peter Drucker famously said, “you can’t manage what you can’t measure”! Unfortunately, a high proportion of businesses do not seek structured and regular customer satisfaction data. We have made the process of getting this vital information simple for you to implement.

 

It starts with a conversation and ends with us presenting our written report with results and recommendations. We use Net Promoter Score along with any proven customer satisfaction methodologies. Here is how the process works:

A combination of quantitative and qualitative information from your customers is crucial. Getting feedback and most importantly, acting on it, can lead to:

Paul is an experienced management consultant and certified trainer underpinned by over 25 years’ business experience. He has held several senior management roles including State Director for Optus Business, Regional Manager SA/WA for AAPT and State Manager for Dimension Data. In addition to Small Business SA, he runs a successful small business (Physio Pilates Proactive) with his wife Rachel. He has a Graduate Certificate in Business and has been awarded fellowship of The Australian Institute of Management (FAIM). His past advisory roles include being a member of the State Council for the Australian Information Industry Association, judging the RSB Young Business Leaders Program and mentoring the winning entrant in the Young Entrepreneurs Challenge.

Investment

$450 ex GST which includes all the above. 

Optional extras include speaking to selected clients individually for more detailed responses and running a focus group(s). These are priced as required.
